Tom Ashmore founder of a small company called Cane Loyalty specializes in teaching Veterans, Disabled Veterans and seniors that a cane is way more than a crutch. Tom a Vietnam Marine combat Veteran is also a disabled Veteran. Having been involved with various martial Arts since the age of 14 he began his journey with the cane 15 years ago under the guidance of Grand Master Mark Shuey. Grand Master Shuey’s constant mentorship, help and training has made Tom a leader among cane trainers.
Tom was honored at the Richmond Virginia Veterans Hospital with a large mural for all the Veterans he has trained.
Tom being awarded a prestige training award by the Richmond Virginia Chapter 1965 of the Military Order of the Purple Heart for all the Veterans he has trained.
This has all been made possible because of Grand Masters Shuey’s continued support and training.
